The Law Society of England and Wales is holding a summit on AI and Legal Ethics on 27 April 2018. With a keynote address from Professor Richard Susskind OBE, the event will bring together a cross-disciplinary group of speakers and participants comprising leading academics, representatives from tech companies, and the legal profession. This event will examine some of the most fundamentally important legal and ethical questions arising from the growing capability of Machine Learning and AI.

We have a fantastic line-up of speakers attending from across the international AI community, who will join our Vice President Christina Blacklaws. These include Sofia Olhede from UCL, Patricia Christias from Microsoft and Adrian Weller from the University of Cambridge and the Alan Turing Institute – plus many more!

The event will be held on Friday 27 April 2018 from 08:30-13:00, warmly hosted by Hogan Lovells (Atlantic House, 50 Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2FG).

The event is free of charge. Please RSVP via email to aiandethics2018@lawsociety.org.uk, including any dietary requirements.
